We collect the following information:

• Account information (email address, password)
• Uploaded PowerPoint files
• Translation history and settings
• Usage data (access logs, feature usage)
• Payment information (securely processed through Stripe)

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing translation services
• Account management and authentication
• Service improvement and new feature development
• Customer support
• Usage analytics (in non-personally identifiable form)
• Sending important notifications

3. Data Storage

• Data is securely stored in Supabase (cloud database)
• All communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS
• Passwords are stored in hashed form
• Uploaded files are managed in association with user accounts

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• With user consent
• When required by law
• Service providers needed to operate the Service: Vercel for hosting the app (it handles every request, including uploads, and access logs), Supabase for accounts and file storage, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for translation text, Google Cloud (Cloud Run) for PPTX extract/preview processing, and Sentry for error monitoring. When configured, operational notices may use email delivery (SendGrid or Resend) or admin Slack alerts
• Retention periods, deletion terms, and contract details at each provider have not been verified. We do not promise unverified complete erasure or retention windows

5. Translation Processing

Translation sends text extracted from uploaded files to Anthropic's Claude API. PPTX extract and preview generation send files to a processing service on Google Cloud. Anthropic says its commercial API does not use inputs or outputs for model training by default, but explicit feedback and opt-in are exceptions. We have not verified the account-specific terms or settings used by this service.

6. Data Deletion

• When dashboard file deletion succeeds, it removes the original file, translated file, previews, and corresponding file record
• File deletion does not remove shared translation-cache entries. Retention or deletion in backups and provider systems (including Anthropic, Google Cloud, Sentry, and email delivery) has not been verified

7. Use of Cookies

The Service uses cookies to maintain authentication state and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

8. Policy Changes

This policy may be changed without prior notice. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email.
